For example, there are dozens of ways to remove lipstick from clothing without negatively affecting the fibers of the fabric. If you wish, you can even clean the surface of white matter without a trace, using safe folk remedies. As with most contaminants, the sooner the appropriate manipulations are carried out, the greater the chances of success.

At the first opportunity, a damaged product or its individual part should be washed with soap. If the pollution has dried up, then you need to use a profile stain remover, based on the type of fabric. After half an hour, the thing goes to the wash, the traditional mode will be enough. After the subject dries, we evaluate the result and, if necessary, turn to more intensive exposure options.

Effective Lipstick Removers

Before wiping off lipstick with one of the popular methods, you need to prepare the product for processing:

Cover a hard, smooth surface with a cotton napkin or a thin towel without a pronounced relief.
On the prepared matter, we lay out the contaminated garment, turning it upside down. If you work with the front part, then there is a high risk of fixing the fat base in the fibers.
We check the selected tool in a hidden area of matter to make sure that it is safe.

At home, lipstick stains can be easily removed using one of the following products:

Gel for washing dishes. We apply a clean, non-diluted product directly to the problem area and wait a quarter of an hour. Then we take a toothbrush and very carefully rub the surface of the tissue. Then we take napkins or cotton pads, moisten them in cold water and begin to wet the surface, removing the remnants of the detergent. This option is suitable for processing very bright clothes.
Soda and lemon juice. We dilute baking soda powder with citrus juice until a thick slurry is obtained. We put it on the stain, after which we leave to dry. We clean the resulting crust with a soft brush and rinse the product in cold water.
Alcohol or refined gasoline. We moisten a flap of tissue with one of these fluids and try to wipe the stain. After the use of gasoline, stains can remain, so at the final stage we process the matter with an acetic solution.
Turpentine with ether. To eliminate a bright spot from the surface of a colorful thing, you need to mix these components in equal proportions and apply the composition to the lipstick stain. The product is not three, but simply sent to the wash after 10 minutes.
Glycerol. The liquid product is slightly heated and evenly distributed over the contamination, the fabric should be well saturated. After an hour, rinse the product in water with the addition of salt.

To consolidate the result, processed garments after intensive cleaning are recommended to be washed in the traditional way. If after drying some traces remain on the material, it is recommended to repeat the approach.

For the processing of snow-white products, it is recommended to use one of two cleaning options. Despite such a limited choice, the approaches are characterized by an increased degree of efficiency:

Ammonia. In a concentrated liquid, we moisten a cotton pad and clean the dirt, moving to the center from the edges. Changing the instrument regularly, we act until the formation disappears completely. The most common washing will get rid of bad smell.

Tip: The same method is perfect for processing colored matter from woolen or silk fibers. The main thing is to minimize mechanical stress.

Hydrogen peroxide. The most effective way to restore white things. Just fill the spot with 3% peroxide and wait until the liquid penetrates the fibers. The pigment should lighten before our eyes. We repeat until the spots disappear completely, rinse the thing and dry it in the sun.

During such manipulations, no difficulties should arise. If streaks or oily gloss appear on the surface of the material, you must repeatedly wash the item with a stain remover or intensive powder.
